Onslaught is a stalwart leader, but he isn't a complete hard-aft. He knows that he gets more done if he's on the same level as his gestalt instead of putting himself on another level than them just because he's the leader. It's hard to find contingencies he hasn't thought about on account of the fact that he likes to be prepared for the unexpected.
