There's a lot to say about Swindle, particularly because he himself has a lot to say a lot of the time. He's a mech of high charisma and smarm, quick to whip out a witty one-liner and perhaps even an offer. Bartering is a high priority in his book, but since the abolition of Shanix, he's been looking for new and ingenious ways to get his bargaining fix.
